DELLA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
L'inno della UEFA Champions League è un riadattamento della celebre
composizione di George Friedrich Haendel dal titolo "Zadok the
Priest" (1727), realizzata in occasione dell'ascesa al trono del
Re d'Inghilterra Giorgio II e da allora utilizzata in occasione di ogni
cerimonia d'incoronazione nel Regno Unito.
L'arrangiamento della versione per la Champions League è del
compositore Tony Britten.
